Right of Cancellation

At Enko Vas, you have the right to cancel your purchase without providing a reason within 30 days from the date you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), received the product(s).
To cancel your order, please contact us at info@enkovas.com and provide your order details. You may also send us a written statement by email. Once your request is received, we will confirm the next steps for returning your product(s).

Please note that:

  • Only products purchased through our official website www.enkovas.com are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Returned products must be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging, certificates, and accessories included.

Return Process

To return your product(s):

  1. Contact our Customer Service at info@enkovas.com to request return instructions.

  2. Pack the product securely in its original box, with all documents, warranty cards, and accessories.

  3. Arrange shipping through a trusted courier. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

  4. Keep proof of shipment; we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return meets our conditions.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Exchanges: You may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (with payment of the difference). If the chosen product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our quality standards (e.g., items showing signs of wear, use, or damage).
